Sheryl Dodds is the Chief People Officer and Vice President of Human Resources for Florida Hospital . With more than 1,800 beds, the seven-hospital system admits more patients annually than any other hospital in the U.S. and is the largest provider of Medicare services. Dodds has extensive healthcare experience includes serving as Senior Vice President Operations for Cirrus Health and Chief Executive Officer of Nebraska Heart Institute, P. C.

Dodds holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Union College and a Master of Science with a Health Care Administration focus from Andrews University . She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International – Honor Society of Nursing. Dodds has spoken to groups such as the World Health Care Congress, Siemens Healthcare Executive Forum, Healthcare Technology Forum, Cardiology Leadership Alliance, National Patient Safety Congress, and the National Managed Healthcare Congress.
